My partner and I are researching into moving to Menorca, I've been a police officer in the UK for 10 years now and would ideally look at Security or even Door Work.  I've dealt with all kinds of incidents and situations.

I've bar worked, repped and lived in Ibiza for two seasons.
Myself and two friends are heading to Magaluf for 2011 season
We are all fun lively people who enjoy a goood time but also senseiable when it comes to bills etc

2 week holiday, that way you have a return flight option if you want or need it.

 

Day 1, explore. Day 2 to 14, make contacts, get in the workers bars (not a bad way to find a job!), make friends. Do it early in the season (late April / early May) before everybody gets snowed under and before there is a mad crush of people looking for jobs.

 

Budget appropiately. Don't go mad in the first week.

I'm heading into my second year of hair & beauty studies in September, and when I finish in April I hope to move to Mallorca for the summer

 

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if it is hard to get work in the hair/beauty industry over there, what qualifications they may be looking for etc?
