Workers Flight Watch - Ibiza (Mallorca So

Lots of people when booking early in the year flights to Ibiza go in with the same attitude they would when buying flights for their holiday in August. It doesn't work unfortunately. Flights early in the year are limited, slightly more expensive and there is a good chance that you will have to change, plus unfortunately unless you live near a major city it is unlikely your local airport will have any flights until mid May time, which many experienced workers will tell you is getting on the late side. Think about it, the flight you are on has the very same tourists on it that the bar owner need staff to serve. You often need to sacrifice a bit of convenience to get the flights that will get you there in time for the best jobs.

An airport that has a few options for flights to Ibiza early in the season is Stanstead (London). If you need to get transport there, you can get the train which can be booked on the Trainline website or alternatively the coach which is booked on the National Express website.

Also another option is too fly to mainland Spain or Mallorca and get the ferry across to Ibiza. Ferries go to Ibiza on Trasmediterranea from Alicante, Barcelona, Denia, Palma (Mallorca), and Valencia. A quick price check that I just did (website does not seem to work with Firefox BTW) for 14th April (Dep. Barcelona 21.30), 46.50 Euros (reclined seat), or 190 Euro with Cabin or 179 Euros, with car, no cabin. See their website. Currency converter here.

Excellent suggestion that Natalie. That is a very good way to do it. It opens quite a few options from your local airports as well using the ferry as direct flights to cities that have ferries to Ibiza are more widely available generally. I've added a bit to the original post to back up your suggestion.

i got a flight from manchester on the 25th off april at 8 am.

i got mine may 7th gatwick for 40!!!
